RE: Champion truck spark plugs
Im using rapid fire plugs in my truck. I found that my truck runs very nice with them.. I had an old automotive instructor tell me once that unless you have a race car just about an y .99 spark plug will work. He is under the impression that that pickups are so wasteful and inefficent that you need not worry about spending alot of cash. I tend to beleave him but being a wasteful american I like to put nicer things in my truck. If not that it does anything it gives me peace of mind.
But overall i liked the rapidfire plugs - I dont like the splitfire plugs by the way. Splitting the spark never seemed like a good idea unless you got a high output coil.

Dont be afriad to try things spark plugs are cheap...

RE: Champion truck spark plugs
Champion truck plugs are junk. They're pretty, but junk. I've changed dozens of spark plugs in my collection of previously owned vehicles (subarus, fords, dodges, etc) and I've only ever broken 3 plugs - all of them brand new Champion Truck plugs.
I prefer copper plugs - sure, they wear out faster than Platinum ones, but the tradeoff is supposed to be slightly better spark. So I'll go with that. I like NGK V-power plugs.
