Thanks in advance

Get 2 people to help you , open the hood, while they are holding it unbolt the hinge from the hood and remove, then remove the hinges. Installation is in reverse. Install the new one's in as close to the same spot as the old by looking at the paint scuffs where the hinges mount to the body and hood, and where the bolt heads have left marks. Slowly close the hood and see how it lines up and adjust the bolts accordingly

Zman17 -- As you suggested that is what was done. The old paint lines worked great for alingment. Small adjustment brought hood down on rubber bumpers.

Interesting the newer hinges have a retainer/safety on the spring -- thus they cannot come loose. Sorta loud when they let go.
Thanks
