In all realness though, Chryat has already reopened their plants, and parts facilities. They'll be back.
Well, we'll have to wait and see what happens. Chrysler has been in trouble since back in the late 70's and has limped along ever since. I bought my truck when they were at their strongest. If they can reinvent themselves that would be good. I hate to see Dodge go the way of Olsmobile. On the bright side, our trucks will be worth much more as collectors items.
It's a shame that Chrysler is where it's at because if you look at their lineup for the past decade, they have some of the nicest looking, best performing vehicles on the market. Some real engineering and design instead of the same ol', same ol' BS that GM and Ford have been churning out. And when it comes to full-size trucks, regardless of how popular Fords are, Dodge has been the style everyone else has been trying to imitate for a long time now.
