truck running lean

truck running lean
ok the company i work for unfortunately only has fords and we pulled a rangers 2.5L engine block and i rebuilt it and dropped it back in and now the truck is running too lean and i have replaced the O2 sensors and dont really know what else might be causing the problem. does anyone have an idea what else i could do to make it run right?

trust me i dont wanna deal with those pos trucks but i cant figure it out just imagine its a dodge lol although thats kinda a slap in the face bc no one wants to compare a dodge to a ford bc the main problem with ford is in plain view and its even circled lol but i gotta figure this problem out

pour about 2 gallons of fuel in the cab, about 5 gallons on the body, light a roman candle about 100 feet away, take aim and watch the light show. after it calms down a little bit break out the marshmellows, then call the owner and tell them that there was an incident and advise him to buy a Dodge.
