Agreed, my wife's Accord had a similar problem in two cylinders and it was no big deal. In the case of Honda's it's because they have over head cams, and some O rings go bad. I wasn't going to spend a fortune on tearing the engine apart to replace the O rings. The dealer said it was no big deal and we ran it that way for years.

That's all fine and well, but if the plenum is blown, your going to be losing power, increased fuel conumption, and over time, the leaking oil will trash your cat. Also, your going to have to change those two plugs at much shorter intervals than the others.

One thing to check before getting too carried away is your valve cover gaskets. They may be leaking a little and getting oil on the outside of your plugs.
