Default question about lifting..

hey guys, sorry i dont know if this is all i need, i have neevr lifted a truck before, and im not quite sure how to, and whats needed. so i thought id ask people who know how, and have it done themselves. anyway...i wanna put a lift on my truck..about 41/2-5" i found these.... would this all i need to lift it? or would i need to exchange other components of the truck?

Than add new shocks, A track bar. Rear leafs yr going to need a tourch for. Cause of the steel bands. PS call top guns and they will drop the price much more than over ebay.

For 3" it's not need but for a 5" lift its a must. When you lift your truck the front axle is pushed backwards, A new after market track bar will correct this.

no it won't, control arms will fix that
the track bar will correct where the axle sits side to side

Ok, how much lift are you looking for? We can start there. Are you on a budget? How much are you willing to pay for everything.
