Default 1/2" tb spacer for 14x3

ok i have searched the forum and i can't figer it out it seems that 14x3 with a 1/2" spacer is the best set up or at leat the most popular but i can find a 1/2" spacer maybe im just havein a dumb moment but if anyone can find one on summit plz send a link thax

yeah thats wht i have been hearing but i thinck u need one so it fits right and i have been lookin and i have been seeing air cleaner spacers is that wht i need

yea...i think like autozone and places like that sell air cleaner spacers. they usually come in packs so you can get what you need all in one

+1 Got the spacer for mine at Autozone, was like 4 bucks for a package of them. To avoid further confusion...

Throttle Body Spacer- That useless hunk of metal that many(including me) bought into the hype and installed it. It best served as a paperweight, something to throw at the neighbors cat, or my personal use as a jig I made up to hold my TB on the bench as i clean or modify it. Its meant to be installed between the plenum and the throttle body.

Air Cleaner Spacer- Plastic spacer that sits on top of the TB to give clearance for throttle linkage/cc linkage when installing an RAC.

huh...I've never used an air spacer..never had a prob or am I having a prob and not even knowing about it?

depends on your aircleaner base, if its dropped, you need one

depends how much of a drop. mine has a minor one and no spacer needed :P
