Stuck Spark Plugs, Need Help Please
Great job. I mix some PB blaster (kinda lime liquid wrench, but a lot better) with some synthetic motor oil. Basically, the PB blaster thins out the oil and allows the oil to penetrate. You can let it sit for a full night, and the PB blaster will evaporate, and the oil will still be way down in there.
Has been a lifesaver for me ever since. In fact, i had a thread very similar to this LAST WEEKEND. then I finally sprayed some of my magic forula on them and it was easy...no thread necessary.
Its great to have DF as a lifeline.

look i got thew exact same problem and the 2 last plugs that are stuck are 6 and 8 the two back ones i took a bigger socket that would fit into the toip of the heatshield but wouldnt go down put a extension on the socket and hammer it making it widen the heatshield , take a magnet put it in and round the plug several times to get rid of debry, this could be why the socket in
i got a cheap spark plug tube thats skinny and i put a 32 bolt on the auther end and it felt astho it wasnt moving but after spinning for awhile it came out
pb blaster and that dosent change it very much just gotta widen the heatshield spray the hole good with compressed air then flat head around the plug bolt, after that take a magnet and a socket should go good, i matched the bolt put it over and hammered it in and it worked good
i got several pictures ill post *** i dint have a flashlight and only a camera but it should help

take the boot off the cylinder or put a bigger socket down the heatshield to expand it so you can fit your 5/8 in if you still cant get the heat shield wide enough take the heatshield out by bending it trimendously and pullling and twisting with visescrips, even then youll have a little hole where the plug sits and it will be filled with junk i used wd40 and an air compresser with a flat head to get the crap out, then find a cheap long and thin sparkplug socket ( the ones that come with new machines ) and get a socket that fits the auther side, i had to use a 32 socket with a heavyduty ratchet but it came out
took me 3 hourse for the 1 plug but its out now, just one more for me #7 probably the worst if it gets jammed
