Default Throttle Body

I had an old TB sitting around. I took it apart and it's going to be machined on friday to 52mm. Is there anything else i need to replace on it or am I fine?

you reuse the factory ones, read dodgeram07s thread about the poorman, or if you machined to 52, i bet new ones could be made
