it an LT285 but its 8 ply instead of 10ply

they wouldnt put a passenger rating on a light truck tire. They know ppl are going tp put them n heavier vehicles, and possibly tow with them. They have to be complete idiots to do that.

kinda sounds like there not balanced right... if it shakes kinda at high speeds then ur not balanced. Take it back where ever u had put them on and have them recheck it. they should do it for free. u have a pretty good brand tire and if you say the problem wasnt there with ur old tires, and their aired up properly then obviously something else is wrong. i doubt its the tires fault because if it sways as much as u say the brand would have fixed it by now.

Check the rear leaf spring bushing bolts for being tight , then the bushings themselves . Your issue sounds very familiar to me . New bushing made the truck feel new , well , newish , lol . No more swaying from the rear . Mine was like it when I bought it , fixed a few weeks after . I had new 10 plys on at the time

could the bigger tires be magnifying the problem. im planning on replacing leaf springs anyways.
