Default noisy steering system when turning left

When turning left at any speed, I hear a slight grinding noise. PS Fluid is at the right level. Any ideas on where to start looking or tests I can run to isolate the problem?

1996 Ram1500 4x4, 5.9L

Thanks!

it may be your wheel bearings, jack the truck up and spin the tire to listen to it then grab the top and bottom of each tire and push/pull on it to check for movement. unless you mean that there is a grinding noise from the power steering pump, in that case i don't know.

I had a screeching/grinding sound when i turned left, it was a bad lower ball joint, maybe this will help you.
