318 coverted to 360?
modracer: is your truck a 5-speed or auto? If it's the 5-speed, you'll need a flywheel since the flywheels between the 318 and 360 are different.
If it's an auto, you shouldn't need anything different there, just make sure that 46RE(tarted) trans is in good shape!

That won't be easy at all.
The 360 from 1995 used OBD I. The 318 you had/have is OBD II. Pretty different sensor setups on the two trucks. Even if you took a 1995 computer, it won't work right with your existing wiring, OBD I computers were completely different than OBD IIs.
The transmissions were also slightly different, 46RH back in 1995 as opposed to your 46RE in 1999, although that has more to do with the computer then the engine.
It'd be a whole lot easier if you were to find a 1998+ engine.

well the origanal motor the 99 the heads went out of it and i put a motor out of a 1994 in there so would it be OBD1 too cause we had too mess around with some sencors to make it work so would it be the same deal with the 360?
