Lets not forget mud as I haven't had this ram out on the trails yet, still trying to get everything squared up first.

Those look really bad. Is that rust or crap? Once you use up that citrus stuff, go get the adhesive remover and you'll be done in no time. If that stuff is rust you're gonna have to get that off with a good wire brush and clean them up good before you can go any further.

As much as it pains me to say it, Search around for a thread made by an EX member called Viper37. He did a pretty good job on his.

those will look good black

i am gonna paint mine when i do the bedliner on the rockers, b/c my rear bumper will also be black, but im gonna polish the **** out of the center caps, and lug nuts, and keep them chrome, when i prime them, im gonna use that etching primer, that stuff is great for wheels, b/c it imbeds it self in the metal, helping with rust, and it wont come off as easy

originally i had planned to leave the swirl parts with a polished look and paint the rest black but due to all the pitting it will just be to much work I plan to have them blasted and powdercoated next summer when I have the money to and my summer rims are on
