yeah i use the brake booster while as friend gives it some gas so it wont stall, let it take half bottle or whatever, let run for a min shut off for 15-30 mins start up and watch a smoke show

cleans pretty well, i had a better idle and smoother acceleration

If you have been using quality oil and changing it when you should, don't bother putting it in the oil. Put 1/2 in the brake booster hose(pour it in slowly so the engine does not die) let it sit as stated above. The rest put in the gas tank.

The brake booster is the big round thing behind your master cylinder. Disconnect the hose from the elbow and pour it into the hose not the brake booster. And do it while it is running, besides, the can has directions on it.

Default Hose location

This may help a bit. The hose is hiding in plain sight. When you remove the hose with the engine running, you will here the vacuum or sucking sound. It's very obvious.

Just do what zman is saying, DO NOT put it in your oil. If you want to free yourself of sludge, just get a synthetic oil change special from autozone EVERY THREE MONTHS OR 3K miles. After one year, your engine will be free of sludge. I have changed the oil in my truck 6 times over the past 10K miles and my engine is very clean. No baked on crust on my valvetrain.

Synthetic oil flushes your system, and it does not do it in one go. If you flush all the crud in your engine and it ALL gets through your oil pump...it will get clogged. Syn oil does it gradually over time.
