so? i find it helpful even if it is two years old now i may give the seafoam a second look when im in the parts store this afternoon

 

Not to be a dick, but: There are many more recent threads on the subject already that detail the procedure more thoroughly. A simple use of the site's search function will confirm this. It was unnecessary to bring this thread back from the dead with information that is irrelevant to the OP (as he has either already figured it out, or didn't go through with it).

I for one have written a guide on the use of seafoam twice in the recent past.
