Just because the boot is torn? If the ball joint is still good and working you can get new urethane boots from Energy Suspension.

You should be able to get a new boot at most local parts stores.

Energy Suspension definitely carries new boots for both ball joints and tie rod ends for just about any vehicle you can think of. Like 97Blackram said, you can also get new boots from the part store depending on what your preference is, is what you should purchase. Either one will work.

I checked parts stores no luck there either, or at rancho.

you'll have to separate the knuckle out to replace the boot.
sounds like a lot of work to me.
i'd just grease them and leave them alone.

+1 get a good thick axle grease and stuff the boot full in the crack. That will keep out the water, road debris, and brake dust. Then just check them at each oil change.

Mine have been torn for 2 years at least and this has worked well for me.

dhvaughan,
Since they are greaseless balljoints (no zerk fitting) thats kind of difficult to do... I have had a friend of mine recommend spraying some white lithium grease in the busted boot, whats your take on it?

Thanks..
