If you don't use a tester, don't waste your time. Anything other than no pressure at all, will tell you nothing.

Ok, spark is good. I can't hear or feel anything from the pump and the plus were dry after trying to start it. I couldn't find where the fuel line connects to the engine so I didn't actually see no fuel being pumped. I'm going to replace the relay. Anything else I should try? Thanks. What are the best pumps? Bosch, Delphi,....?

Is your fuel rail plastic? If it is, you need a special adapter to check the pressure, which I have, but thats besides the point. You are going in the right direction by replacing the relay,(which btw you can just swap the horn relay). Other than making sure you don't have a bad ground or broken wire some where,I'd say the pump is shot.
