Default Major issues removing hub from steering knuckle

I am working on replacing the U-joint on the right side of my truck. I put the hub puller on it and it won't budge. I tried to spin it in the housing and still nothing. Its soaked in penetrating oil for hours. I also tried turning it on a socket extension. I am at a major loss here. Can i heat it in any way? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

So you removed the 1 11/16" nut off the spindle and the three bolts on the back of the hub right. Many use the pry bar method and turning the steering wheel. I see nothing wrong with applying a little heat

or, if that doesnt work, you could go the opposite direction and use the super cold stuff...sheriff knows more about it.

Thanks or the reply! Yep I removed the axle nut and the bolts on the back of the hub. On the 2500 there are 4. I will try that method.

put the bolts back in and hit them with a hammer kinda hard but not real hard that you mushrum the head....that method will walk the bearing out...thats what i do anyway.

what kind of penetrating fluid did you use? pb blaster, wd 40 and liquid wrench aren't penetrating fluids in my opinion.

Boy do I know your pain! I know it is late now, but did you notice the groove in the top of the knuckle behind the dust shield that you could drive a pry bar into? You can't see it unless you bend the dust shield, but on mine it was there. It made removing the other side SO much easier. I still cut the rotor off because it made access a lot easier.
