flat rate to change both coils is 2.2h (the same procedure would be used to install spacers). I would add 0.2h to change shocks and another 0.2h to change two control arms. AAL is good for 1h. Total of 3.6h, i charge $60/h so the total would be $216.00 + tax.

Trac bar will only center the axle from left to right. Doesn't affect front to rear, that only changes w/ control arms. Why would they only send lower arms? If they are longer, they are only gonna make the drive line angle worse.
IDK if they are longer or not but I never put them on.
