Most 3" lift kits that include control arms only include lowers. They aren't longer just supposedly stronger.

Oh.. Mine came with both upper and lower. Were both a little longer, keeping the axle centered in the wheel well. It didn't come with a trac bar though, came with a relocation bracket I had to bolt to the axle.

You have a lift on that thing? No lift will come with a track bar.
