Hey guys figured it out... It was the cab rubbing the bottom of the tank so i took a piece of industrial rubber where it was rubbing tightened it back up problem solved.
I had a similar noise once and it ended up being a small piece of tree limb that had fallen in between the cab and the bed. It was wedged in there and I had a time getting it out but I did and the noise went away.
