Default Misfire

I did a quick spark plug change and it has improved a little I took a couple of pictures of some of the plugs. I really don't see anything really bad. It just seems driving at speed seems to feel like there is a misfire. Basically all electronic parts have been changed on throttle body. Did a full tune maybe around 8 months ago. I can't remember 100%. I bought and replace fuel injector's from1A Auto parts but ended up putting original back in after one or more failed after two months ( they started to dump fuel in cylinder). They just blew me off so wont but from them again. I know the tank is clean since I replaced the fuel pump maybe 6 months ago and clean the tank when it was out. Being it sat for about 5yrs, I expected some gremlins will surface here and there. I finally have the shifts a lot better and been driving it everyday so far to work and back. I really can't think of what to look for at this point on this misfire issue? I not sure if maybe one or more injectors may be causing the misfire or if maybe is some trash may be part of the issue? I blew out the lines when I did the replacement. Is it possible to clean fuel injectors? I have seen a few videos but have tried in the past and it didn't seem to work.

Injectors can be flow tested and cleaned at shops.

Plugs should be Champion. Anything else can run weird. Double check installation and plug wires/routing.

Auto trans can cause driving issues too.

I did Champion copper plugs and did a full tune up awhile back so they are good. Not sure on how auto trans would effect misfire? I just rebuilt it around a month ago. Money little short right now for a shop. Getting 15 inches of rain with more coming has flooded my road making things rough. I don't have a timing light so just may have to rough it out. It's not real bad but enough to know something off a little. lol

Trans doesn't cause misfire, it can act up and make it feel like misfire. I had a car with a weak converter and it chugged or stuttered when driving like a misfire.

This was fully rebuilt with new convertor. I gave a couple of grey hair over my rebuild lol. The trans guy even noticed it was misfiring. Unfortunately because I rebuilt it. It seems doesn't want to get involved. I was having shifting issues then.

No codes. I looked down the throttle body and clean as a whistle ( Did the upgrade plate). PVC was replaced. I will say it click's like crazy. I even change what looks like a PVC on driver side after I broke it trying to see if maybe it was clogged.
While idling it's little rough. While driving it will again do a light stumbling/misfire. It's not bad but you can feel it. Thanks guys
