UPDATE-----


ok so i got a power tester, and i tested the wires i put in, both have power. then i checked the rear tail light wires, and found i have power for the running tail light, but cant get any power out of the blinking one.

Any help would be great

So did you actually read post #8? If you think all the wires,fuses,relays and flashers are good , then that's what to atleast try.

ok i tested all the wires going into the switch itself, and then the high beam flicker. and the Blue wires have no power going to them, and found that i have no power going from the flasher to the tail light fuse (there is a wire that goes from flasher to tail light fuse)

just becaue a relay clicks doesnt mean it works...
