Default Low Oil Pressure!!!

i have a 99 dodge ram 1500 with the 360 and my oil pressure is way low. on acceleration it sits about 35 and thats about has high as it goes. when i hit over drive it is right on the line for the normal operation and sometimes goes a tad lower. could it be main bearings or oil pump? or both?
