Default Just ordered my new Torque Converter

Kinda excited I just placed my order with PATC for a Viper Spec 2600. I talked to them on the phone and was told I would be fine towing with it. hemi told me a 2600-2800 would be good. I called around a few places and they all said to get a 2600 so thats what I got.

I also ordered a new line that has the check valve removed (I know theres a diy but I liked the factory look of their line) and new flexplate to TC bolts.

369 bucks without shipping. I don't like that they don't tell you what shipping will be. Its probably gonna be a ton with the weight of the tc.

Well talked to PATC. They called and killed it for me already. I'm glad I put in the notes/comments that I tow cause they called me. Guy said the 2600 would be too high for a 3/4 ton towing. He suggested I go with a 2300 instead. I had them change it to a 2300 then

I have a 2300 in my mega Viper and I does good with my 6x10 loaded down with quads. It does GREAT with no load of course. No problems, just a smile.

Pondering the Sure Cure kit as well.

I'm glad you guys have all had good luck with their products. Their website is a little low cost which had some people doubting them. The fact that I was told one thing then was told that was wrong kinda ticked me off. Atleast they called to fix it and not just sell me something that was gonna burn up

Stupid question for you guys. If you have the mega viper or something like that. Is that the same as a 46RE? Like will a tranny pan and all that work on one if I should happen to need a new tranny down the road?

Ok so that answers my question. If I buy a nice extra quart pan it will work on a new tranny. Thank you
