Default alright fellow 5.2 owners, i need some more help here

ok, so i just want to be able to burn out, as, i see all these videos of guys burnin out with the 4x4 318s, and yeti still cant, not even with my 3815 on the 91 tune, runnin 91 gas.

what can i do to my motor, to be able to break em loose?

thanks for the help.

and if i fell up to it, tommorrow im pullin my crank sensor out, to clean it, i do belive thats why my asd relay kills the thing.

the plenum doesnt seem to be bad...yet.(knock on wood) as it doesnt ping on the 91 tune at all. ive never changed the plugs (only had the truck since july) or plug wires(though 8mm street fires are gone be ordered next tuesday. debate is still out on spark plugs) injectors are stock, and im runin 3.55's with worn down 33x12.50s that measure about 31 inches

spark plug question https://dodgeforum.com/forum/1823380-post1508.html

thats the weird thing, my truck didnt break em loose even with 265/75s which are a narrower tire, and only 20 millimeters over stock

i dont know if its just dodge or not, but a freind of mine has a f150 stock gears, and a superchips max micro tuner, with the 5.4 which really isnt much bigger than the 5.2 andof course hes runnin 35s, and he can spin em all day long, he doesnt even have to power brake it, to get em to spin.

Look Inside your intake with a flash light you should see some oil.

If you have over 75k on that truck, then i assure you it is leaking. No debate on this either.

those worn tires, are they an mt at or??
You should probably think about at least running a botte of injector cleaner thru and then do a sea foam treatment on the intake. ( if you dont know what seafoam is then search it)
Have you ever considered the fact that you may have LSD gearing and your buddy has an open diff?

Plugs: there are two accepted choices. Autolite 3293s and the stock champions. get copper only as well..

You are right to think something is wrong on your truck though. Mine will break the rears loose just by stomping the gas on dry pavement.

I dont know why you want to do burnouts as all it accomplishes is the need for new wheel skinz and excess wear on your drivetrain.

Stop trying to be a kid squealing around town and just accept the fact that it won't happen. My 318 has never been able to even chirp the tires. But I don't care. If I wanted power I would've bought a Chevy.
