Smokes a lot when running?
I have a 1994 5.2L dodge 1500 4x4. one day i was just driving down the freeway and all a sudden I stared to lose power. I look behind me and see nothing but a blueish white smoke. the engine dose not knock, it still runs but sounds like it is missing. does any one know or has had a similar problem?

The blue smoke means you are burning oil, the white might also mean you are burning coolant.
Might be a blown head gasket or cracked head(s).
Do a compression test on the cylinders. They should all be pretty close to one another, within 5 psi or so. Also, watch your coolant level. If it starts dropping after you've driven the truck around, thats a sign that you are burning coolant.

does your temp gauge read hot? sounds like your plenum gasket is blown... well regardless its a magnum, and their known for their plenum gaskets to blow.
might want to look into the hughes plate, or even the hughes airgap intake, which entirely does away with that gasket.

Did the compression test all was fine.
Every cylinder is got great compression but one, one cylinder is 9 psi lower than the rest. on start up smokes really bad. when its warm smokes really bad. it does not get hot, water temp stays normal. the oil pressure is good. the oil smells a little like gas. its missing really bad on at least two cylinders. I looked down the intake and I can see oil just sitting at the top of the intake. Where is it coming from?

i don't know. the suddenness of the cloud of smoke concerns me. the plenum has probably been leaking a long time and gradually getting worse. the all-of-a-sudden cloud of blue oil smoke makes me wonder about plenum, valve seal, ring, or cracked something. the favorable compression test results seem to rule out the head gasket, and compression rings. maybe its plenum only. i hope so.
is any one spark plug looking worse than the others?
