Bike? or 408 stroker?


Discuss. cuz i dont know which one. I want a bike badly, but 400hp and 500tq all year round is sex.

 

Depends...Crotch Rocket or Hog? If your talking hog, then H-E-DOUBLE HOCKEY STICK yes. Just my humble opinion.

 

there isn't a heater on a bike and rain sucks on a bike. just keep that in mind.

 

Well, he'll still have his truck for those rainy days tho. I dont know what id do, cause i really want a bike also. If i had a choice between a bike and a 408. I dont really know what id do. Its a HARD choice...

Well remember your tranny also needs to be built for that power also.

Bike. My bike is much more fun than my truck any day of the week. I have a 04 R1. It's a 9 second bike. With a 408 stroker you close would not be anywhere near even a 10 second truck. So from the speed aspect the bike wins hands down. From a fun factor the bike also wins hands down. For gas mileage the bike wins hands down. I average 42-43mpg on it. Now where the truck wins is like said above when it's cold out or when it's raining. It also wins if you are going to carry more than one person as you can't do that one the bike. Another nice thing is if you have to go to the store the truck is better than the bike.

I wouldn't want a bike as my only vehicle however, I'd much rather have it in addition to a mostly stock DD than I would have a souped up DD that isn't half as fast or fun as the bike.
