I purchased a restoration kit from http://www.headlights-restore.com. I did the "full" restoration, three different wet sandings, then the polish. After that, only saw about a 20% improvement. Then applied the protective coating and wammo, like magic saw an over 85% improvement. The kit cost $35 (including shipping) and I did get my $ worth.

Attached are the pics.

And here I spent the big bucks on some gel tooth paste and a drill buffing wheel. I figured this plastic is the same as a CD, worked great on my Intrepids.

Default headlights lenses

Thanks , Question, did you do the outside and the inside also, if so how do you remove the lenses, maybe it is only the outside that goes bad?

Just the outside, if I remember right it's oxidation of the plastic that causes the yellowing/fogging. Maybe put some tape on the paint so you dont scratch it.
