I guess I'll call them up tomorrow and see what they say again. They said before the best they could do for me was give me one at a discounted price(around 850) hopefully they will do more for me if the 5-30 oil they told me to use is the wrong oil(i went by them for what oil to use, because all 3 of the dodge dealers near me said they had no clue what oil to use since they didn't carry the oil the manual says to use).

GM also used the NV3500, maybe a GM dealer will have the correct fluid info.
This Wiki has the correct info along with dealer fluid PNs.

Mantrans keeps insisting that i had run it low on oil... I decided to try one something else tonight and i tried pulling off the boots from inside the truck and found out my transmission was moving because the plate that bolts onto the transmission and connects it to the rubber transmission mount broke. The weird part is that once i removed both boots to see the transmission, most of the sound went away. Problem i am having now is that none of the auto parts stores even have a clue what part im talking about that broke. Hoping to stop at the local salvage yard tomorrow or talk to the dodge dealer and see if they can get me that piece that broke or if anyone has any ideas of a place that shows a picture and everything of it online. (its like a plate that bolts onto the bottom of the transmission and then bolts to the rubber transmission mount, on the passenger side of the plate it has the hole that the exhaust slides in to hold it up) I've been searching online for the past 3-4 hours looking for a site that has a diagram of parts so i could find the part. Also talked to mantrans AGAIN and now they are telling me that they also recommend the syncromesh oils which was NEVER said in any of the previous calls, but still said that a "full synthetic motor oil" is still good. Thanks for all the help so far.
