That might be a bit too much TB for the truck. I'd call Bruce at F and B Throttle Bodies, or Dan Arcand at www.thefastman.com and talk with them about TB's and how much you need.
Also, don't forget, whatever you put in, you gotta get out too. I'd spend some $$$ on the exhaust next.
Here's some free tips for the TB you currently have:

The red stuff can be cut out, decked flat, and the edges beveled and rounded in toward the center. I'm pretty sure that the S bolt feeds pretty deep into the TB, so screw it in as far as it will go, put a black line right at the edge of the threads where it enters the TB mount and then unscrew it and measure to see if you can cut that whole chunk out and re-chase the threads. If you want you can just use a length of 1/4" 20 all thread to measure the S bolt mounting depth too.
Replace the big bolts with some lower profile rounded top allen bolts. You can take the old bolt to Ace hardware and find a bolt with the same length and threads that takes a 3/16" allen wrench, the top will be smoothed over.

yes those numbers came from the heads...but not just a head...those are ported/polished at max effort and the exhaust ports are mirror finish.
as far as exhaust goes...still running the stock manifolds because im have a shipping issue with my headers...hopefully will be here this week.
thanks for the TB advice. i have been meaning to do just what you pointed out and i actually have had the all-thread and panhead bolts for quite some time just riding in the console.
i didnt realize what a project the heads were gonna be so i didnt have time to do the TB. maybe this weekend if i dont work.

hopefully when the headers get here they will match the porting on the heads. i know right now the stock manifolds dont line up, but Jean had a set of pacesetters that we used as guides.
maybe i can get another 10 or 12 hp out of that...we will see.
i didnt get to go to the track tonight due to the rain, but i guess thats ok. will go ahead and finish the exhaust and check the flash and then go.
