i think the seats have a polyester blend in them and i'm not sure if fingernail polish remover will react badly with it (melt it) or not so that might not be the best bet.

man I wish my truck was spray painted a couple years ago just to get the smell of cat **** and **** out. left my truck sitting for about 3 days while I was on vacation and when I came back and opened the door a damn cat came flyin out. it was like opening a door to a murder scene. headliner and seats were tore to hell and don't even get me started on the smell. doesn't smell anymore though and I had the headliner and seats fixed. sweet irony is that the cat got run over the next day and my tires were the grim reaper
