I would strongly suggest calling the manufacturer of the product used before trying various chemicals. Certain products work better than others when it comes to removing paint. You also need to be concerned about what those products will do to the material that they are applied to. You could end up making a bad situation worse.

Some chemical might work on the plastics with a stiff brush, but the seat covers and center storage compartment are never going to look right. All the black will be in the veins, cracks, worn out areas of the vinyl(not to mention the cloth). Even the plastics might have to be resprayed to have a uniform color.

If the guys all hot and bothered about ips, there are such things as ip blockers.
Don't know how that would affect forum functions, as I've never used one.
I would imagine that it would not be possible to log in with your ip blocked.
