I'm kinda curious to know if they actually work, theory seems sound but idk, seems a little cheap for the gains they are claiming.

My question to the seller:
"Do smart, educated people acually buy this product?"

no, it doesn't work, especially on a motor as large as a V8

lol I was looking at these today and asking the same thing.... funny the turbo thread must have everyone scouring ebay.....
I read once they do provide a small gain in performance (at least at low to mid rpm's) but the guy who tested them also said the build quality was so poor with so much plastic he would be afraid of any possible damage if it blew apart and pieces got sucked into the throttlebody...... I would also think at high rpms it would have trouble keeping up and may hinder performance more than it helps.
people used to use boat blowers used to suck out gas fumes as poor mans turbo (which is likely all this really is)

your likely right I read about them on a jeep forum a couple years ago when they where testing low budget mods like throttle spacer and larger throttlebody and such....(I thing it was the 2.5l for banger section.
