I swear some people are just dumbasses. I go in the parking lot at school. Im in the main aisle of the parking lot where a bunch of other aisles feed into. The 'feeders' are supposed to yield to traffic in the main aisle. Its been raining all morning and some dumbass 16 year old in a 06 King Ranch F250 doesnt stop until about 6 feet of his 'feeder', I catch sight of him last second, slam the brakes, lock em up, slide right into him. I jump out my truck raisin hell at this kid. Look at my truck, my bumper is caved in at the corner, my grille has a big crack in it, my headlight frame is bent, my fender is pushed in as well as my hood. His truck has a few scratches and his bumper is bent in. He couldn't care less. Hes a rich kid who's parents pay for everything.

I talked to the campus rent a cop, wasn't sure if I was going to file a report or not. I'm pretty sure I will. The cop tried to give partial fault to me, saying my skid marks were long indicating I was going fast and I wasn't center in my lane. The parking lot was flooded and my brakes locked up, of course the skid marks were long. I was going no more than 15mph. I wasn't center because people walk down the aisle next to the cars that're parked there and I dont like getting close. Not to mention, there are no stripes indicating lanes. Who cares anyway, the dumbass didn't yield.

Needless to say, I was pissed. This kid is a total dumbass in the school parking lot daily, cutting through aisles, speeding, and what have you. This rich ***** better be buying me a new front end.

if you did though, you probably wouldnt be able to get him to pay for your new front end. With my anger level, i wouldnt have thought twice. i woulda jumped out, went to his truck, rip him out, and giv em one good one to the face. and if he wants more...so be it

 

I cussed him out pretty bad. Whole parkin lot heard me. My teachers heard about it and were all proud of me for not kickin his *** lol

I have no clue, ask the rent a cop lol. I plan on telling him to consider that before he writes his report. I dont want the insurance considering me partially at fault.

The cop didnt see it happen. I had to go find him. He has all the information, but he was going to let me think it over.
