Call top guns customz before you ordered and work them on the price. They moved a good bit on my 3" lift.

Good call.
After seeing the other thread about 2500 springs I may just order the

Moog 2500 diesel coils - $121.29
http://www.car-stuff.com/store/index...29&No=0&Npp=15

As it is my truck sits 1" higher in the front then it does in the rear, so If I get a 2-2.5" add a leaf in the rear and the diesel coils give me 2.5-3" of lift I'll be keeping the same rake or possibly breaking level. That would make me happy. All for about $200 to. Awesome. I'm sure I can live with my stock shocks for at least a few months like that, and shocks aren't expensive anyway.

My driver side seems to sit 1/2 an inch lower in the front and an 1 inch lower in the rear, so the new coils will probably seem to lift it even more.

FWIW, I originally had the Skyjacker D201K lift on my truck (2" lift via the 2" coil in the front and AAL in the rear). The truck always had a stock-like rake to it with that AAL and those D20 coils. So when I went up to D30 3" lift coils, I kept the same AAL in the rear, and my truck sits perfectly level now.

That's good to know Silver. I was thinking about getting 3" springs up front (or stock diesel springs), but it looks like dsertdog56 is going to sell me his RED D20 skyjacker springs, so I'm all about that.

Since I'm already getting skyjacker coils I think I'll spend the extra 20 bucks and get the skyjacker add-a-leaf over the Superlift add-a-leaf I was looking at. I know they make good stuff.

I really like the red look of the skyjacker springs and control arms. I'm not sure why they changed to black. I think the red looks much better especially with your truck.

They changed because the trend these days is to make lift components less obvious and more like stock appearance, at least that is what they told me when I asked them about it.

Just use some hockey pucks as a body lift. :P

I'm not beyond getting a body lift (More room in the engine bay), but I sure as hell don't ever see myself making my own, unless I'm welding extended body mounts to the frame for extra stability.

Sounds like a plan for the budget lift. I was going to do something similar, but with 3" spacers in front to get it a bit closer to level... Right now I have 33's on, no lift, no leveling kit, no rubbing. I want to be able to put 35's on in the future.

Does anyone have the metal spacers, and can measure them? I'm going to make a set of 3 inchers in the shop at work, because it would be free, as opposed to the $100 set on ebay.
