Isnt there another thread about this exact thing going on?
I herculined mine a couple months ago and had almost a quart left after 2 coats on my shortbed.....I did not sand the bed I used a drill with wire brush bits....rougher surface to adhere to.... I had one dime size piece from a sharp metel edge of a large piece of scrap steel that was in there for a few days besides that and turning flat its been well worth the $$ so far....it does grip very well.
hey do either of you guys have and problems with chipping or fading. (those of you who put it on the sides of your truck) i think that looks amazing and i've been thinkin of doin it for some time now.
The only way the line-x will chip will be if you hit it with an impact hammer! And with line-x. If it ever does chip (because you hit it with an impact hammer) they will patch up that spot for free. ANYWHERE IN THE COUNTRY!!
i like the black on green iwhitne, i think the black on maroon on my truck will look good when i do it this winter, im also going to paint my rims black, but leave the centercaps chrome
