The black flaps are on the back of my dodge, anyone know? They are useless to me.

just pull them off. thats what i did with my rear seatbelts.

Well they aernt seatbelts, but I guess i can take them out. How does the top rear seat come out? Is that what they are for, car seats? They are on all 3 slots.

I've seen that on some Chevy's from the same year range, and on them they were handles so you could fold the seat down. Never seen that on a quad cab.

if you lift the back seat up and take the four bolts out that hold it to the truck then you can lift the entire seat straight up.

I got them too.
they are "child restraint tether anchors" per the owners manual
For car seats I assume
I'll leaving mine in for the grandkids I guess
