Default Air impact sockets

What you got? I Went to Harbor Freight and couldn't bring myself to buy the 8pc 1/2 dr socket set for $9.99 the price, for air impact sockets, sounds dirt cheap. So whatcha got, anyone have HF impact sockets?

They'll work, but they'll start wearin down on the inside and crack. With tools you usually get what you pay for. My dad's Snap On impact sockets have worked great for the 20+ years he's had em.

i've got a lot of the cheapo harbor freight sockets. with a 1/2 air and a 3/4 electric impact i've not broken one yet... broken lots of bolts, but not sockets. for a casual shade tree like me, there's just no reason to spend tens of 1000's on expensive tools.

I used to buy Allen brand sockets, when I could find them. Same flank drive and US quality as Snap on, without the price. Northern Tool still sells them in sets.
