Default transmission might be slipping

hi im new in here and i have a question maybe someone can answer.
i have a 1998 dodge ram ss/t i just installed the holley throttle body upgrade and now im having issues with the tranny. the truck runs and shifts perfect untill i floor it then it feels like the tranny slips. its very strange the tranny just cuts out and the rpm's got sky high, but if i back off the throttle then eeez into it its fine. ive never seen this happen before can anyone give me some input?

+1 on the Throttle Cable adjustment. To replace the throttle body, you had to remove the throttle cable and maybe got it out of adjustment.

Do a search on throttle cable adjustment and ensure that is not your issue before moving on.
