exacally just prime it first. you can make it look good again if you didnt like it.

now are you doing this type of thing

 

if i paint it...i will only paint it once. the finish on my truck is emaculate...and i dont mean for a 15 year old truck...i mean emaculate. my commander isnt 2yo and the rams paint looks better...lol.

as far as the vinyl goes...GREAT IDEA...i will definately do it with vinyl first to see how i like it...thank you.

the reason i dont want to do vinyl is because it will eventually crack...it scrapes off...it doesnt buff well...and im pretty good with a paint gun. selfetch--basecoat--clearcoat--good buff to blend...will last forver.

yeah...i didnt plan on using the hemi part...i want to do my own emblem but not sure what to put on there.

 

get a custom ram head. dont use it how dodge does. make it more mean or something

 

i think i want to go more retro.

 

i'd go for the V8 Magnum elmblem and make it look like it came from the 50s
