Try loosening the bolts and let the spring/shackle settle at the right height/angle. Look for a broken leaf too. Or the pack may have bent after it broke and you drove a little with it.

Oh and btw, my Mother lives in Londonderry.

I would have suggested going here if he posted the problem before buying new stuff. Since they are located right off exit 5 in Londonderry. If you need new springs give them a call. I paid around $70 for a shackle w/bushing,2 new bolts/nuts and a bushing for the spring.http://www.donovancompany.com/

you need the bolts. and the reason i got it from the dealer, s because it literally snapped turning in as i said. and with a problem like that i dont want to sit on it, so i grabbed the part, since eveything was in stock

i think the shock blew out. its at 1 1/2 inch difference now with lossening the bolts and letting it level, but i hope when i change the other shackle it might level it. I just replaced the suspension, but with the rear, i went with the $21 Monroes, so i think when it snapped all the prssure blew out the shock. Because when i was jumping on the bumper to test it, it bounced a few times after i stopped and usually if it bounces 4-5 times more after you stop bouncing it, the shock is most likely gone.

i havent checked yet bu is there any good trailing i can do in Londonderry Zman?
