Default DMH Exhaust Cut-Out: Would anyone be interested?

Hey everyone, hope your all doing well.

Friday I am having my FM 40 muffler installed on my truck and I am contemplating having the exhaust shop remove the electric exhaust cut-out while it is in there. The only reason I want to remove it is because I just don't like the way it consumes the cab so much while it's open. Just seems like a waste of money sitting underneath the truck while it's still practically new. I paid $199 for it brand new, but I would be willing to sell it cheaper than what I paid for it. I most likely will not be able to salvage the wiring though because I have no idea how to detach that kind of stuff, and the switch is already hardwired into my dashboard. If anyone is actually interested I will have the unit removed Friday.

Neon's still fussing with his exhaust
Let us know if you ever actually get it to sound the way that you think it should sound.

BTW the wiring will not be all that hard to take out, just let the exhaust guys remove it for you when they take the cutout off.

Thanks guys for the comments on the truck. And yes, still having my fair share of fun with changing out the exhaust systems lol...

I would have no problem including the wiring but I'm just a little confused about how I would include it since the button is integrated into my dash. If I removed the wiring which is connected to the button, wouldn't I end up with a whole sitting in my dash?
