The PO LINEX the bed so thats done. I was planning on using a scuffing disk on my drill to rough up the paint and then do the Herculiner. I have a cheap-o brush and will try and find a stipple roller to roll it on with.
they might even sell it separate than the kit if your doing both rockers 1 quart may not be enough ( although I think it will) but it may be worth your while to buy the kit for like $80 with the gallon...
I also think that you should, because when summer hits i am planning on doing the same thing, but with a different product. Has anyone tried/heard of/know any who has used Grizzly Grip on either their rockers or bed? Someone i talked to used it on his 1999 dodge, but i havent talked to him in 2 or 3 months. the website is www.grizzlygrip.com
Don't roll it on, buy a schutz gun and use that. It's much easier keep it even.
I dont know I did two coats on my shortbed and one side of the truck in two coats and still have enough to do the other side left in the one gallon....and after two coats it looks pretty damn thick and even to me?... did the bed two months ago and besides turning flat (i didnt know about uv protectant) it still looks great.... my plan it to get another quart and do another coat with uv stuff though....even though the flat looks good in the bed
