As a current customer of US Fidelis I have to agree with everyone here. US Fidelis sux! I currently have my truck in the dealer getting the tranny fixed. The dealer says the bands in the tranny are bad. USF says they will only pay $2000 for the $2800 repair. USF will also only pay for 3 days of rental while its being repaired. I pay $118 a month for 24 months for 5 year coverage. I will be canceling USF when this is all done! They are totally useless!
