230000 miles and now the problems start
really? you have to ask....I was questioning you not paying attention and almost quoting me word for word and the fact that the post in between your and mine also suggested the same thing ...bit of an echo thats all.
Not a big deal

Do you have power to the coil?
So I just scanned this thread again and I didn't see any mention about you doing a tune up. Pull all the plugs and see what they look like. Pull the cap off (real pain in the a$$) and see what condition they're in. Last but not least if you can't recall when the last time it had a tune up, do it.

If you don't wanna spend a lot of money, stop while your ahead and cut your losses. If you want to fix it, well then that's gonna cost some money. You gotta remember, you own a dodge so it's gonna cost a good amount. How did you check for spark, an in line spark checker?
I have the scan tool to check it but I don't think this truck is OBD2 since that wasn't standardized till 1996. Ill probably have to get an adapter from school to scan it. Where is this connector for the computer?
under the dash ...under steering column.... i really would check the rotor and cap....you can inspect them without replacing but even replacements should be under $20.....you already dumped way more than that in getting the injectors cleaned....
i just replaced my dist. cap and rotor and it was 25.99 for both....
and yea you're going to need to put some money in it.
ive had my truck 6 months and this is what ive put into it.
all new suspension, water pump, belt, fan clutch, coil, plugs, wires, dist. cap/rotor, new intake ported and polished, hughes plenum plate, timing cover gasket, intake gaskets, valve cover gaskets, pcv valve, breather valve, thermostat, all collant hoses, front and rear diff. flush. had an electrical problem, shackles, ball joints, and exhaust.
before i bought it, it had 4.10 gears installed (rear end blew) new tranny, brakes all the way around. and fuel pump.
It still needs pass. side ball joints, tie-rod ends, sway bar end links, tranny mount, Catalytic converter, 02 sensor (maybe) and axle seals.
she has 195779 miles. and right now she runs perfect. i get 13 mpg's (5.9 360) but In my opinion its worth it. and working on vehicles is my passion so, i like to dump money into them
thought that reading this may make your decision on what to do with it.
