this is like an extension the it goes to another piece and i can completely separateName:  P1020162.jpg

is the plug nice and tight? do the terminals look like they line up in the plug?

yeah i got it in there great this time i did the tap and dye thing man was that a pain in the *** cause im 350+ right, so after a long time i managed to get it done and this time the sensor dropped in all the way, the first time it was a tough fit. i took it out and still nothing from the speedo. but it is all snug and fit.

could it possibly be the extension thing and would anyone know what it is called cause the guy at the parts store doesnt have a clue.

u man not be getting any power to the sensor. do u have a voltmeter or a test light? it could be that extension. check to see if there is power in the extension
