let me know how it goes.. according to the one diagram the wiring is the same between the both.... make sure wich is wich before you do it.. then do a write up for us here..lol

The wiring is not the same for both. If you don't swap it either your high beams will be your low's, or they will not illuminate at all. I can't remember, I'm tired. My neighbor did this in her Maxima.

a guy on DT said he did it and it was the same, so i guess ill just try and see or try to find wiring diagram, i dunno

ok, on DT, theres an ongoing thread right now about this, thats where the one guy said his work w/o rewiring........but, another guy just did this also w/o rewiring and they work right, BUT his highbeam light stayed on, switched back to 9004s and now he has now low beams...checked his fuses and still doesnt know if he fried sumthin........


i didnt get around to doing this yet, but i will for sure swap the wires...i just ordered a set of bulbs off ebay and i have some in the garage, no tquite sure when ill get to it tho, gonna be gone the rest of the week

You will need to swap the wires. It will work backwards, however if you have foglights they will only work with your high beams on. See why you have to swap it?
