Default kickdown cable? or belt?

Was noticing that my truck wants to start driving in 2nd gear....i get to a stop sign, then when i start going it's in 2nd or 3rd gear. I can manualy shift it into 1st. No noises, nthing else...it seems to come and go. Is there a kickdown cable or belt? How can i fix it myself. I checked the manual and cant find anything.

please let me know if u have a fix for this...

ATF +4
Simple operation, but expect a mess if you never dropped the trans pan before.
You'll need a large fluid catch pan, a new gasket [comes with a filter] and a torque wrench.
