1997 - 81,100

 

96 4x4 5.9 gasser...140,500....3rd owner bought it august so far replaced some sensors/soleniod in the tranny so it would shift out of 2nd
shimmed and jb welded sloppy steering shaft to remove 3 inches of play as well as adjust box and replace leaky damper...
had rear axle pinion bearing replaced and blown lsd rebuilt
fixed leaky softplug with stopleak
replaced sticky thermostat with 180 (before stopleak)
rewired cut wires to front axle for 4wd.
replaced broken/shot 14x3 with cai
replaced headlights and fixed shady ground fix from po
truck also has a new transfer case
had to readjust hood hinges and driver door (PO lied and fail to mention the wreck and entire front off another truck when I asked (even though he just painted it all one color)
have to find interior leak (water under carpet)
still have to fix cruise,ac and airbag light as well as replace beat shocks...and passenger seat for rear access
thats it for mechanical fixes I can think of.

 

1999 - 177,000 miles and runs like new.

96 1500 with 318. 349,000 miles on the truck. second motor, first blew at 150,000. First tranny, still shifts good and motor runs strong. Body has cancer, due to Michigan winters.

2001 - Truck 146K, Engine 0miles

 

mine's a 98 360 auto 4x4, got about 292,000 KMS on er and still works great, except for the steering slop and badly balanced tires lol. I love it though

 

I have a 1994 with 203,000 miles on it. At least 3rd owner. Its my beater truck. Runs like a champ. Still working out all the bugs. Only had it for about a month.
